Approaches in Medicine

Credit value: 3 credits
Description: This unit introduces an unorthodox medical paradigm that looks for the cause of illness at the energy level. This integrated discipline unites allopathic medicine, homeopathy and medical dowsing (radiesthesia). Practitioners use their intuitive faculties to select appropriate energy-level treatments (usually homeopathic) that permit the body to self-regulate and to heal. The key textbook outlines the key concepts and diagnostic methods involved, including an accessible introduction to the discoveries in theoretical physics which form the background to this new dimension in healing. This unit is NOT a professional training but is an introduction only, for interested professionals and lay persons and for the general education of anyone involved in healing. You must be a medical doctor, dentist or veterinary practitioner to train in the modalities described in this unit, and details of training providers/professional societies are provided in the key textbook.
