of Reiki 1-2-3
Credit value: 3 credits
Description: This unit presents an accessible, clear and practical overview of the system of healing known as Usui Reiki, from First to Third/Master Degree level. The course, intended for those newly interested or as a refresher for the experienced practitioner, covers the history of Reiki (including recent discoveries), basics of Reiki, what you can do with Reiki First Degree, meanings and uses of the Reiki symbols, using Reiki creatively, distant healing techniques, ethical & legal issues, extra Japanese techniques, and integrating Reiki with spiritual development. As well as the information in the key textbook, we give a very useful list of publications and websites. [This is NOT a full training in Reiki and does NOT confer the three Reiki Degrees, though advice on gaining these qualifications is given.]
