This course is an intellectually demanding overview of the evolution and practice of  past life therapy as a specific emerging discipline, integrating the frameworks of a number of key practitioners in the field. This course (REG 342) looks at the history and philosophical foundations of past life therapy, its psychotherapeutic setting, induction and preparation techniques, supporting and deepening techniques, interventions for transformation and therapy, integration with other therapies, contraindications and problems. The companion course (REG 343) using the same key textbook, examines how each of 13 key therapists in the field approach PLT (past life therapy), within a standard format that enables the student to compare the methods used in detail.  Case history examples are given throughout the key text.Course Unit: Key Workers in Past Life Therapy

This course (REG 343) is a sequel to REG 342, Past Life Recall and Processing. Using the same key textbook, REG 343 examines how each of 13 key therapists in the field approach PLT (past life therapy), within a standard format that enables the student to compare and discuss the methods used in detail, armed with the knowledge gained in the previous course.  Case history examples are given throughout the key text.

This unit comprises academic study only. It is not a training in past life therapy or regression therapy, and students who have completed this unit should not regard themselves as trained in those disciplines without taking a practical course from a suitable training body. Credit towards a Calamus degree may be obtained, subject to approval, for such trainings.
