A COURSE UNIT is the building block of a diploma or degree. It is the distance learning equivalent of a class. Most units are worth 3 credits - some longer ones are worth more.

The COURSE UNIT LISTINGS are arranged in categories. However for most programmes of study you can take units from more than one category.

More course units are being made available all the time, and new ones (subject to approval) can be created specially for students' needs. They will then be available to other students.
