Methods of NLP
Credit value: 3 credits
Description: For people at basic or intermediate level of NLP, or experienced users of NLP needing a refresher, this course presents an approach to NLP skills and techniques that is taught through case studies. Twenty-one examples of NLP intervention are presented, explaining the problem, the NLP interventions used, and why NLP can make a difference. Issues worked with in the key text include: stage fright, spelling, independence, healing trauma, allergies, criticism, phobias, positive behaviour, self-assertion, grief, weight loss, conflict, shame/guilt, motivation, decision-making, panic, anger management, timelines, self-healing, and selecting goals.
Prerequisite: Some introductory knowledge of NLP and basic concepts such as eye movements, submodalities, anchoring and reframing is desired.
