Metaphysics for Personal Growth
Credit value: 3 credits
Description: This unit is an eclectic course in practical techniques for personal, psychic and spiritual development rooted in the experience of a clinical psychologist who has explored many paths. The theme that unites the range of techniques is the vision of bringing together everyday life and the world beyond the ordinary ego and ordinary space-time. Exercises and teachings are drawn from shamanism, mysticism, metaphysics and psychology. Some of them may be familiar to the student but many of them will not. Altogether this system of spiritual experience is a practical path to bringing into everyday life the qualities of realities not normally sensed.
