Management

Description: The overall aim of performance management is to achieve a performance culture in which individuals and teams flourish and contribute to organisational goals within a framework provided by management. Students will find this unit useful for understanding underlying concepts of performance management and to learn how to apply various management techniques in managing and improving performance. Students will also learn various performance management assessment methods and how to implement and develop a performance management programme for their company or organisation.
