Leadership in Business

Description: Leadership is a practical set of skills and attitudes, and leaders need to access practical knowhow quickly. Everyone has some measure of leadership potential that can be developed. This unit provides access to a range of practical skills and techniques that are easy to assimilate and can be immediately translated into effective action. Based on a manual prepared by a global leadership think-tank, this unit is organised into four aspects of leadership: learning, behaviour, developing followers, and purpose. Knowledge of theory, practical examples and self-development exercises are integrated throughout.
