Description:      This course explains why good employee orientation programmes are necessary and gives specific steps that can be taken to make the new employee (permanent or temporary) feel welcome and part of the organisation. The results of effective orientation will be better-prepared workers, more successful employees, more cohesive teams and reduced turnover.
