Description: This course is a highly practical overview of the principles and practice of effective leadership for small to medium-sized non-profit organisations containing accessible explanations of theory and tips, techniques and tools to enable leaders to become effective in every area of the organisation. The course handbook provides essential learning in easy chunks and can be used to help implement training and induction as well as for executive self-development. The course will also be helpful to consultants, donor or trustee organisations, HR professionals and those new to management in the non-profit sector.
