Unit title:          Successful Change Management

Description:       Change in response to external factors and changing markets is essential for organizations to survive and thrive. This unit presents a practical model of change management comprising 10 key activities which focus on people and communication within the organization. Each key is broken down into a number of accessible steps. This framework can help to implement any preferred change management or corporate development strategy through effective people and team management for rapid change. It is not an alternative to, but is complementary to, models such as TQM, reengineering, and other strategies, and can be utilized within diverse management philosophies. Detailed instructions and examples from industry make this unit an effective and productive tool which can remain current even as different models come and go.
