Management Excellence
Credit value: 3 credits
Description: This unit will be of interest to managers, coaches, NLP practitioners, business consultants and anyone seeking an understanding of both modern change management techniques and the application of NLP coaching techniques in business and management consulting. The text is by a top-level management consultant who applies psychotherapy-based techniques to business problems. The student will learn important principles and applications of communication, precision thinking, choosing change mechanisms and solving problems, and the strategic use of time functions in planning change. To help students unfamiliar with popular packaged management solutions, short introductions to some of them are given.
