Unit title: The
Direct Mystical Journey

Description: Do we need a guru to achieve spiritual development or enlightenment? In this unit’s textbook, a seeker and mystic explains why he became disillusioned with the guru system and realised that systems and gurus are not the way to reach the Divine. He develops a modern vision of direct access to the Divine with the aid of wisdom and practices drawn from the world’s spiritual traditions, working with the body, the mind and the spirit. This particular path is infused with the power of the Divine Mother. Through sampling these exercises, the student can gain a glimpse of the potential for a spiritual transformation of humanity.
