Unit title:           Beyond Dogma: The Dalai Lama’s Challenge

Description:        This unit is a study of the Dalai Lama’s thinking on a range of contemporary and philosophical issues, based upon transcripts of several public discussions held by the Dalai Lama during a visit to the West. The underlying theme is mutual understanding, and the Dalai Lama expounds upon social, spiritual, political, religious and philosophical issues.
