Unit title: Solution Oriented Approaches in Psychotherapy
Credit value: 3 credits
Description: Many modern psychotherapeutic approaches (as well as the field of life coaching) focus on strengths, solutions and the future rather than the problems and difficulties of the past. The authors of the set text follow the history of some of these new approaches, then formulate key assumptions that promote change and give specific methodological details of how practitioners may implement change-conscious therapy.
