Description: This unit presents in condensed form the key concepts and techniques of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), which is style of brief cognitive-behavioural therapy that seeks to teach clients about how their belief systems influence feeling and behaviour. Studying these therapy skills will give you an extra toolkit which can benefit therapists of all backgrounds, as well as being an ideal introduction to further study of REBT.
