Description:

In this unit, two modern helping approaches, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life and Personal Coaching are brought together. The student will learn the basic principles, strategies and tools of up-to-date NLP and how they fit into the framework of personal coaching. This integrated framework of NLP and coaching is then applied towards self-coaching success in different areas of life, from a balanced perspective valuing personal harmony, self-esteem, relationships, enhanced brainpower, health, wealth, happiness, rewarding work and spirituality.
