Description:       

Based upon an updated textbook by a leading coach trainer, this unit gives a grounding in practical models and techniques of coaching in the workplace, aimed at everyday problems and situations encountered by the line manager (anyone from shop floor supervisor to CEO). As well as people with a coaching role in the workplace, this unit will also be helpful to those with other coaching roles such as: trainee life coaches, parents and teachers, and to helping professionals.
