Description:   

This unit brings to the student one of the leading models of coaching, the co-active model, containing a sophisticated skill set for both workplace and personal coaching. The unit is aimed at all interested in coaching, but is especially valuable to organisational consultants wishing to hone their business coaching skills. A holistic toolkit for personal change is provided, focusing on the balance of all aspects of an individual’s life. This coaching model complements other models in use such as NLP coaching.
